So posting some update photos to make me FEEL like I have made progress (I feel like I am THIS close to breaking down into tears!)
1) The sailcloth. It’s almost done, just needs a little bit of hand sewing up the top where it was turned right way out. (Please ignore how I scruff my hair back to keep it out of my face).
2) One side of the harp weathered. Once the other side is done, it just needs the strings added.
3) The circle belts with the domes now added. Four on the right are now weathered. You can also see the awesome earrings Sylvie has been making for her Isabela costume there.4) The finished belt piece and also the jewel for the centre of the dress. Both jewels got their wonderflex borders today.
5) Hip fabric as it is currently being attached to the belt, but some hand-sewing on the back is going on right now.
6) putting a second coat on the higher strip on the dress. I aim to get that strip done tonight if I can.

Jess and I made little rupees! :D I’m going to make a money pouch for my link cosplay and fill it with these. There’s a silver one, a few reds and blues, and a bunch of greens. Gonna get more too. (And we had pieces for a gold one but they were faulty so we’re gonna get new pieces when we return. xP)

This is the reason why the underside of the nail on my right index finger is currently glued to the finger itself. Oh, superglue, you are too super. (also I’m so stoked with how these came out given that they were a spur of the moment idea!)
